Some separation can occur after storage of several months. Stir thoroughly before using to make homogeneous.

THINNING:
Thinning is not recommended under normal conditions. When desired, A-3611 may be thinned up to 5% with water with A-32
APPLICATION
Apply A-3611 GacoFlex Liquid Tape on all metal roof seams, joints, fasteners and penetrations at 75 to 100 linear feet (24 to 30 meters) of seams per gallon or 150 to 200 fasteners per gallon. Maximum applied thickness should be limited to 1/8th inch (3.2 mm) per coat.

A-3611 is typically applied directly from the container by brush, or bulk loading caulking gun or using airless spray equipment with a spray gun and gun extension tube but no spray tip. Sprayer is operated at low pressure (300 to 600 psi (2.07 to 4.14 MPa)) to produce a caulking bead of A-3611 Liquid Tape when the gun is triggered.

When applying A-3611 in hot weather, float a small amount of clean water on top of opened containers to prevent skinning. It is recommended that equipment be flushed with water at the end of each day to avoid potential problems such as coating build-up or plugging.

Clean equipment with water supplemented with liquid detergent. Follow equipment manufacturer?s instructions for final cleaning and storage.

A-3611 is water based and requires the complete evaporation of the water to achieve cure. DO NOT apply to surfaces that are, or will reach 50ºF (10ºC) within 12 hours.
