APPLICATION
Optimum coating time over neoprene is one to two days, and over Hypalon® is 8 to 24 hours. If longer interval passes, coated surface must be cleaned and dried before work proceeds.

May be brushed or roller coated at package consistency. Up to 10% thinning is permissible for cold weather application. During cool, damp weather, the tendency to sag is increased and additional thinner coats may be required to achieve the specified coverage. Cure can be accelerated to achieve full cure at 75°F (24°C).

H-25 series as received can normally be applied by airless spray or internal mix conventional spray equipment. In either case, thinning up to 25% may be required, depending on equipment and temperature. See general instructions for spray equipment recommendations. Refer to Gaco Western, Inc. General Instructions SG-H for spraying instructions.
