Efficient Customer Billing - If you experience a billing problem call 1-800-265-1914 and our Customer Service Team we will make every attempt to resolve it on the spot. Where an instant resolution is not possible, your Technical Service Representative will call you within two working days with an action plan to resolve your query.
If the solution offered is not to your satisfaction, one of our experienced management team will personally call to resolve you query.
Installation Problem Resolution - If you are not 100% satisfied with our insulation install service please contact us immediately on 1-800-265-1914 to report your concern. We will endeavour to give you a solution on the spot and if we are not able to do so, we will arrange for your Technical Service Representative to visit your property to audit the work performed.
If, during this audit, an issue is identified immediate repair work will be scheduled and carried out at our cost.
Money Back Warranty
If your new insulation doesn't make your home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer Great Northern Insulation will fix or replace it for free.
All products installed by Great Northern Insulation are warranted by their manufacturer. The glass wool, castor-oil based spray foam and cellulose is warranted to last the lifetime of your property.
Our operating procedures aim to prevent pollution or any environmental harm through carefully prepared work and management practices. We are committed to not only the environmental laws, regulations and codes of practice but also to the moral laws of caring for, and looking after our environment.
At Great Northern Insulation we value our team ensuring all members have received adequate safety and confined workplace training, carry the required protective clothing and have been educated on the value of maintaining hydration.
Our goal is 100% satisfaction. If a client has any issues with the service offered or quality of work undertaken Great Northern will replace or repair any issue to approved government standards at our cost.
Conditions of Guarantees and Warranties
- You must make the claim within one month of the incident for which the claim is being made.
- You must provide a copy of the original Great Northern Insulation invoice.
- You accept that Great Northern Insulation at our sole discretion will decide whether to repair or replace faulty insulation.
- Payment in full is necessary in order to initiate all Great Northern Warranties.
